The 8402 features a rain jacket with hook and loop closures on the front, wrists and neck. Other features include attached drawstring hood and drawstring waist. The Concord Series Work Rain Gear is made of quality abrasion resistant neoprene material on the outside coupled with rip resistant scrim nylon on the inside.
