TTP045NBR, A6 Cut level – Lightweight cut resistant foam nitrile palm coated gloves

A breathable nitrile foam palm coating provides good grip in both dry and oily environments, while retaining a high degree of tactility and touch sensitivity. The 045NBR is ideal for small assembly and handling of small parts.

This ultra-lightweight cut-resistant glove has a salt-and-pepper seamless 21-gauge Tuffalene® Platinum UHMWPE shell. Our innovative Tuffalene® Platinum offers extra comfort, protection, and durability — Free from glass fibers or metal enhancements to achieve this level of cut protection. The palm is black with a New Foam Technology finish on the nitrile coating and includes a reinforced thumb crotch. The back of the hand has ultra-thin gray and high-visibility yellow TPU impact protection over the fingers and metacarpal bones. This glove features touch screen compatible fingertips and a knit wrist.

Tuffalene® Platinum material takes an innovative approach to increase comfort, protection, and durability. This uniquely crafted material provides a more comfortable user experience while retaining a puncture resistance comparable to enhanced fibers. Gloves made with Tuffalene® Platinum last longer than other enhanced gloves. This long-lasting protection is due to the inherent abrasion resistance of the fiber construction. Since Tuffalene® Platinum gloves are constructed without metal or glass fibers, particles of these fibers do not contaminate other materials during handling.

These cut and impact resistant gloves feature an inner liner with a 13-gauge high-visibility orange water-repellent seamless Tuffalene® UHMWPE shell. The inner liner is a 10-gauge brushed acrylic terry cloth. Touch screen fingers allow electronic use without risking hand injury. Black foam rubber coats the palm and provides grip, while the TPU impact protection cushions the knuckles and metacarpal bones. The knit wrist cuff provides a secure fit.
