The Chill-Its 6667 Wet Evaporative Cooling Vest is made with a lightweight PVA material that provides immediate cooling relief to the core area. The lightweight construction is designed with breathable mesh panel siding making it more comfortable than other wet evaporative vests that can be heavy to wear. A front zipper offers an easy on/off, customized fit. For best results, we recommend this body cooling vest be worn over a t-shirt and not covered by other clothing.

The Chill-Its 6716 Hard Hat Cooling Sweatband Liner straps into hard hats to deliver four hours of cooling relief. The low-profile and lightweight liner features cooling acrylic polymers for instant cooling without bulk or slime, making it comfortable to wear with hard hats. This hard hat sweatband fits most hard hats and safety helmets, easily and securely attaching to the forehead of the suspension with three hook & loop closures.

We look at this process as “super-charging” the bodies natural cooling process, thereby protecting the wearer against heat stress. While other technologies are effective for pre and post cooling while you compete, HyperKewl™ works to cool you during the competition or strenuous activity. Simply soak in water for 1-2 minutes, gently squeeze out excess water and enjoy the cooling effect for 5-10 hours. Simple, fast and easy to use!

The N-Ferno 6840 Winter Hard Hat Liner features two layers of insulation, with a water-resistant shell and soft polyester fleece lining for comfortable warmth. This lightweight chin-length thermal liner keeps head and ears covered while fitting comfortably under helmets or hard hats without bulk.

The PU-coated polyester shell is water-resistant with a durable finish that resists corrosion and abrasion. The 100% polyester fleece lining is incredibly soft for comfortable all-day wear.

A hook & loop chin strap comfortably secures this winter liner, while four exterior hook & loop straps securely attach to hard hat suspensions for warmth on the jobsite. An elastic rim on the forehead keeps the liner snug to trap heat and keep cold out.

ICE VEST. The patented FlexiFreeze Ice Vest uses FlexiFreeze Re-Freezable Ice Sheets to harness the power of 96 pure water ice cubes into 3 ½ pounds of efficient cooling capability. Pure water is used because pound for pound, water is a more efficient cooling medium than gel packs. At less than 1″ thick, the vest allows for maximum mobility and flexibility. Each vest is outfitted with three re-freezable, removable panels that are attached with Velcro for easy replacement. Adjustable in four places, the FlexiFreeze Ice Vest has been designed to provide a snug fit everyone from XS to 6XX. The vest and panels are machine washable with ice sheets removed.
