This new replaceable blade adds a welcome feature to Slice’s updated Precision Cutter. Although Slice® finger-friendly® micro-ceramic blades last up to 11 times longer than comparable metal blades, eventually they do wear down. With the 10418, there’s no need to buy a new handle. Simply replace the old blade with a new 10418. Blade change is simple and requires no outside tools.

This reimagined Precision Cutter combines the same safer micro-ceramic blade that popularized the original Slice® version with new features like a replaceable blade cartridge and no-roll design. As with all Slice tools, the 10416’s tiny blade is made from extremely hard zirconium oxide and manufactured with a proprietary process that creates a finger-friendly® edge. The handle’s ridged finger grips give you control for detailed cutting tasks. The Precision Cutter is ideal for intricate cuts on thin media, such as paper and thin plastic or vinyl sheets.

The Precision Knife’s unique handle offers a comfortable finger grip that gives the user excellent control for intricate and detailed cutting. The 10580’s non-slip inner ring coating and cross-hatched grip give you a responsive tool, while the safety cap protects against accidents between uses. This lightweight Slice knife ships with a straight-edge, rounded-tip Slice ceramic craft blade that lasts 11.2 times longer than comparable steel blades. This Safety Cutter Ring from Slice offers precision and control through a micro-ceramic blade that moves with your finger. Slip the comfortable silicone ring onto the tip of either index finger and pull your hand along the line you want to cut. This unique tool is ideal for paper, packing tape, and clamshell packaging. The included silicone adapter ring ensures that the 10583 will fit everyone; for larger fingers, simply remove the adapter. Slice®’s 10568 Ceramic Scalpel (Replaceable Blade) has a slim, flat handle (only 4.1 mm thick), is capable of reaching into tight spaces, and includes a replaceable 10518 Slice safety blade. The 10568 uses the same blades as the Slice Craft Knife: non-magnetic, non-sparking, non-conductive, chemically inert, and rust free. The blades are autoclave-friendly and safe up to 1600 degrees Celsius, while the handle is lightly weighted for balance and stability.

These narrow, pointed-tip seam ripper blades are ideal for opening the initial stitches in a seam, to slide between very narrow stitches, or to get into other tight spaces. They feature the Slice® finger-friendly® edge, which cuts effectively but is safe to the touch (lowering injuries) and last up to 11 times longer than metal blades.
