Skull Screws™ earplugs perform as tough as they look with a Noise Reduction Rating above 30 decibels*. The metallic color makes the earplugs look solid, but they are made from soft foam for a comfortable fit. Also easy to insert – just hold the flexible fitting stem that looks like a phillips head screw to push the large ultra soft foam ear tip into the ear canal.

Conical ultra soft foam ear tip has helical raised ribs (screw threads). The unique design appeals to some users.
